Regulation 5 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 requires employers to appoint 1 or more ‘competent persons’ to assist him/her in undertaking the measures he/she needs to take to comply with the relevant statutory provisions.
To achieve this requirement we can provide the services of a qualified consultant to either develop a company representative, or the consultant can be imbedded into the organisation for a predetermined period to assist the Company with their Health, Safety and Welfare development an implementation responsibilities.
Alternatively using our Gold/Silver and Bronze services access to a qualified consultant can be achieved to provide a range of services including:
- Development and annual review of Company policy
- Assistance with legislation compliance
- Help Desk access to a consultant for support and consultation
- Health and Safety monitoring and inspection
