Level 3 Equipment has been designed to achieve safe access from the ground, onto roof ladders. Using the level 3 system the operative can safely ascend and descend the ladder maintaining 3 points of contact at all times. The level 3 system follows the same principal of the Level 1 & 2 equipment (secure ladder to wall, secure operative to ladder) with the added ability to secure the roof ladder to the access ladder and safely transfer from either. The rope and rope grab again enables the user to carry equipment in one hand, while ascending or descending the ladder.
